		<description>I recently had trapcall on my phone before i had my number changed i tried to sign up again with new number but i have always had a problem recieving a code to my voicemail to activate it. i usually chat with a live rep but i no longer see that option. What needs to be done in order to reacticate my trapcall on my verizon blackberry storm?</description>

If a SIM is removed from the phone then TrapCall must be reprogrammed again. You can get the re-programming codes by logging in to your TrapCall account and visiting the Phone Settings link under the Settings page within our online control panel!</description>
