We’ve been experiencing some issues on the 866 number, if it’s giving you this issue just forward your calls to our alternate toll free number 888-470-6659, just dial *71-888-470-6659 if on Verizon or ##004# SEND followed by *004*18884706659*11# SEND if on AT&T/T-mobile

I have the iPhone 3G S and the only way I can unmask a number is by doing a manual forward in the phone itself to the (888) number and then seeing it as a voicemail. It proves it works, however, I can’t get any calls that are unblocked.

Please help. Once I get this working, you’ll have TONS of new customers! Especially iPhone referrals.

    Thanks….

Dial ##002# SEND, ##004#SEND to undo any forwarding you may have set, then *004*1-888-470-6659*11# SEND. Then just hit the power button twice to unmask calls.

I have an older 8 gb iPhone and I’ve done everything it says here and nothing works I can ignore calls but it goes to a busy signal instead of ringing… What do I do know?

It’s possible there’s an issue with the toll-free number we gave you to forward calls to, try reprogramming by dialing ##004# SEND and then *004*1-888-470-6659*11# SEND

I’ve already sent several support requests regarding receiving Blacklisted Calls (despite going through the procedure of making sure those numbers are blacklisted/blocked), yet I still haven’t heard any response from anyone at Trapcall — that’s not very good customer support and not helping me at all in making a decision to upgrade my plan or stay.

The number one reason why I signed up at Trapcall via a friend’s suggestion, is to block persistent spam/unwanted 866/888/800 calls, yet just this morning I received a call from one of those numbers on my blacklist.

If I still don’t hear from anyone regarding this matter by end of this week, it just tells me that Trapcall is not interested in keeping me as a customer. Thank you.

    (iPhone 3GS 32GB)

      Luis,

We only show one ticket from you and it concerns a login issue not a blacklist issue. Are you saying that the number came back to second time or did you not reject the call at first?

      From our FAQs:

I got a call from a number I blacklisted. Why didn’t TrapCall block the number?
You must first reject or ignore the call, even if it is not blocked. At this point the call is sent to TrapCall and the caller will hear the “Number Disconnected” message.

Hello, Please help me. I have the Fly Trap plan and I just got the iPhone GS. I have reprogrammed my service to the new phone. But all my callers here when they call, if I do not answer is a busy signal instead of my voice mail. I’ve done everything correctly. The only thing that it does is unblock calls which is GREAT, but my voice mail STILL does not work. I love the service just would like to have a working voice mail. How do I fix this problem?
Thank you for your attention in this matter.

    Thankfully,

    JL

  14. JL says:

    Hello Again,

Thank you so much for your speedy response and solution. I have upgraded as you suggested and now the voice mail on my iPhone 3GS is working PERFECTLY. It was truly a misunderstanding on my part b/c I started with the Fly Trap months ago now called the Try Trap (NOW properly named by the way) which had expired without my knowledge. Then my service changed and I was not sure why, now i do. It is really a great service to have, especially for those who receive numerous blocked calls. Only if I knew about this service a year+ ago, when the block calls were very heavy on my phone. This service is appreciated.

    Thankfully,

    JL
