Due to recent carrier and iOS updates to the newer iPhone devices, you may receive an “Error Performing Request” message when attempting to activate TrapCall on your phone. To bypass this error, please go to Settings>Phone>Call Forwarding. Ensure the Call Forwarding button is in the off position. Then, go back to your keypad, redial **004*9852311009#, and press “Call”. Don’t forget to include the * and # symbols when dialing this activation code. Your phone should now read “Setting Registration Succeeded” and you are now programmed!
